My ebay account is now reinstated!

Hello everyone! Yes, my ebay account is finally reinstated and my feedback rating of 101-points is still intact!

I'm still waiting to have it successfully Paypal-verified with my bank account number and I'm all set to keep on selling. However, I might as well put-off selling ebooks there and will just feature gadgets and other stuff. I cannot risk losing my ebay account the second time, as I do not know which ones of the ebooks are allowed.

I'm planning to sell ebooks through an independent online store like Vendio. Or I might try the other Pinoy auctions again.

Just Got A Reply From Ebay... so here's waiting for May 14th!

My name is LXXXX. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you regarding your suspension. After reviewing your account, it appears you will be eligible for reinstatement on May 14, 2009.

At that time, we will send you an additional email confirming that your account has been reinstated. Before you can use your account, you'll need to provide additional verification. We're asking all members to verify their accounts to help keep the marketplace safe for everyone.

If you're already PayPal verified you'll just need to link your PayPal account with your eBay account.T

o become PayPal verified:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

2. Click the "Profile" tab and then click "Bank Accounts" under "Financial Information."

3. Click the "Add" button.

4. Enter your bank account information and click the "Continue" button.

5. Select one of the options for confirming your account.

To link your PayPal and eBay account:

1. Go back to the PayPal home page. You can click on the PayPal logo in the upper left corner to take you to the home page.

2. Click the "Profile" tab and then click "Auctions" under "Selling Preferences."

3. Click the "Add" button.

4. Enter your eBay user ID and password.

So far, all is well, except that Paypal doesn't accept my ebay user ID and password. This must be a glitch for being an ebayer from Philippines. Anyways, that will do for now ;)

My ebay account was suspended :-( sorry, everyone

Yes, it's suspended until further notice. Sad news, to think I just reached 100 feedback rating and when I posted my pretty face pa naman on the ebay profile. I've written to them about it of possibly having reinstated, and am still waiting for news.

Meanwhile, even when it won't be resolved, I still have other sites where I can sell ebooks. Right after I knew about my suspension I quickly looked for other Philippine online selling websites, for a change. Still, this blog is where anyone can reach me via the comments or email too.
